Payment Information
Payment
Payment can be made by Cheque, Visa card or Mastercard. We are unable to accept Amex or Diners.
If paying an invoice by credit card please go to https://webpay.fin.unsw.edu.au/ and follow the prompts to our secure payment site.
Cheques should be addressed to UNSW. Payments will be processed two weeks prior to course commencement and acknowledged by mail.
EFT Payments can be accepted, to register for EFT Payments please contact bsu@adfa.edu.au
Defence Clients please note that for amounts up to $5,000.00 payment by Defence Purchasing Card is preferred as required by Defence Finance Policy. A Purchase Order number is required for amounts over $5,000.00 and also for any amounts not paid by credit card.
Invoices
Invoices will be issued once a course has been confirmed to run (usually within two weeks of commencement). Invoices will be forwarded to the payment contact nominated on your registration form.

Cancellation Policy
Courses will be held subject to sufficient registrations. UNSW Canberra reserves the right to cancel a course up to five working days prior to commencement of the course. If a course is cancelled, full refunds will be issued.
Registrations cancelled up to ten working days prior to the commencement of a course will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Refund of Fees
All requests for refunds must be made in writing. If you fail to attend a course, no refund or transfer to another course will be made.
