Course Aim
Systems and process integration projects are becoming the norm rather than the exception. Integration projects, however, are the most difficult and laden with traps to snag the unwary project manager. Students will learn tips and processes that come from years of experience that will prepare them to avoid the failures that plague integration projects. Techniques taught in the course are reinforced with thorough “real-life” case studies and a hands-on exercise that is weaved throughout the whole course.
Attendees receive a comprehensive course binder, case study notes and templates in MS Word format so they can be manipulated by the students to suit their own requirements.
Who Should Attend?
This course is intended for experienced project managers with at least four years of experience. Individuals who are required to bring together varied solutions from different initiatives, or different components of a single solution, such as hardware, software and business processes in an ICT environment, will benefit from the techniques and approaches discussed in this course.
